Positive, The room was very comfortable and spacious. The WiFi was great. The breakfast had nice options. It's super close to Europa Park, but you should definitely have a car. 😊

The hotel did not provide any mini-bar or refrigerator in the room, forcing me to purchase water or snacks from the reception. there was a freezing chill due to the heating not being activated. it was unacceptable to endure such discomfort. While I appreciate environmental efforts, not providing daily maid service left me struggling for fresh towels after three nights. It felt incredibly inconvenient to have to ask at the front desk for even the most basic needs.
