missingWrote a review on 30 Octclean roomslack of amenitiesinconvenient service
Modern and clean rooms create a comfortable stay.
I was appalled by the lack of basic amenities and services. The hotel did not provide any mini-bar or refrigerator in the room, forcing me to purchase water or snacks from the reception. there was a freezing chill due to the heating not being activated. it was unacceptable to endure such discomfort. While I appreciate environmental efforts, not providing daily maid service left me struggling for fresh towels after three nights. It felt incredibly inconvenient to have to ask at the front desk for even the most basic needs.

While there is no daily room cleaning, guests can swap towels at the reception, which felt inconvenient during our stay.
